Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CoachQuote. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CoachQuote.

1. About CoachQuote

CoachQuote is a job feasibility platform for Australian coach and charter bus operators, operated by Drumroll Please (ABN 25 612 103 108), Sydney NSW Australia. The service is accessible at app.coachquote.au.

2. Eligibility

CoachQuote is intended for use by Australian-based coach and charter bus operators. By creating an account you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over
  • You are operating a coach or charter bus business in Australia
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these terms

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow anyone else to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use CoachQuote only for its intended purpose — evaluating the feasibility of coach and charter bus jobs. You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the service or its calculation logic
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service

5. Indicative results only

CoachQuote provides job feasibility calculations based on the cost data you enter. All results — including verdicts, P&L figures, counter-offer amounts, and NHVR hours indicators — are indicative only. They are tools to assist your decision-making, not a substitute for your own professional judgement.

Drumroll Please accepts no liability for any business decision made in reliance on CoachQuote results.

6. NHVR compliance disclaimer

CoachQuote provides an indicative NHVR standard hours flag only. It is not a compliance tool. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all driving hours and operations comply with the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and all applicable NHVR requirements. Drumroll Please accepts no liability for any compliance breach.

7. Subscription and billing

The Solo plan is free with a 500km monthly job cap. Paid plans (Fleet and Enterprise) are coming soon. When paid plans launch, billing terms will be published and you will be notified before any charges apply.

Annual billing offers 12 months of access for the price of 10. No payment is currently required to use CoachQuote.

8. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a paid CoachQuote subscription within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund less any non-recoverable payment processing fees. After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

For annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of payment, a full refund less processing fees will be issued. After 14 days, pro-rata refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused months remaining.

To request a refund, email with your account email and reason.

9. Intellectual property

CoachQuote, its calculation logic, design, copy, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Drumroll Please. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into CoachQuote. By using the service you grant Drumroll Please a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

10. Privacy

Your use of CoachQuote is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at coachquote.au/privacy. By using CoachQuote you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Drumroll Please's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CoachQuote is limited to the total amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Drumroll Please is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use CoachQuote.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at .

Drumroll Please reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including if we believe you have breached these terms, without notice and without liability. If your account is terminated due to a breach, no refund will be issued for any prepaid subscription period.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of CoachQuote after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
