Account information: name, email address, trading name, ABN, business structure, depot address and state, and contact phone numbers.

Business cost data: vehicle details, fuel consumption and pricing, insurance and registration costs, finance or lease details, wage rates, and pricing targets. This data is used solely to perform job feasibility calculations.

Job data: client names and contact details, job dates, locations, distances, timing, offered prices, and calculated profit and loss figures.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, and session data, used solely to operate and secure the service.

We collect your information only to provide and operate CoachQuote — to perform calculations, maintain your job history and client records, manage your account, respond to support requests, and send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset. We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and row-level security so each operator can only access their own data. To operate CoachQuote we use trusted third-party service providers for database hosting, authentication, and web hosting. All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and store data in Australia where possible.
